• Important :

  • The primer ignites, but there is little or no powder in the 9mm cartridge. This can cause the bullet to jam in the barrel. Another shot could destroy the weapon and cause serious injury.

  • If the shot was unusually quiet, had hardly any recoil, or only a "pop" sound was heard: stop shooting immediately.

  • Unload the weapon and have it checked by a qualified gunsmith; do not simply continue firing yourself.

  • Do not reuse or disassemble cartridges from the same batch.

  • Secure the box, lot number, receipt and affected cartridge; contact the retailer and Magtech/CBC.

  • A YouTube video alone does not prove a general production defect or recall. The lot number and the original condition of the ammunition are crucial.
